By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with B Evermore subject to these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Products
We sell physical books and, where offered, related book merchandise, bundles, personalized items and promotional products.
Product descriptions, formats, contents and main characteristics are displayed on the relevant product page.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information is accurate.
Minor differences in colour may occur because of displays, photography or printing.
Hand-signed products are individually signed and signatures may naturally differ in size, position or appearance.
Minor variations inherent to handmade or individually finished products do not necessarily constitute defects.
Prices
Prices shown to consumers include applicable VAT where required unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping charges are shown separately before the customer places the order.
For international orders, import VAT, customs duties, tariffs or third-party carrier fees may apply where these have not been collected at checkout.
Orders
An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and submit the order using the payment/order button.
You are responsible for checking your order, delivery address, personalization details and other information before submitting it.
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.
We reserve the right to contact you if an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled due to an obvious pricing error, stock error, technical problem, suspected fraud, legal restriction or other legitimate reason.
If we cannot fulfil an already-paid order, you will receive an appropriate refund.
Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers.
An order may not be dispatched until required payment has been successfully received or authorised.
Delivery
Shipping methods, approximate delivery periods and applicable charges are explained during checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Please ensure the delivery information entered at checkout is accurate.
Personalization
Where personalization is offered, you are responsible for entering the intended spelling, names and message accurately.
We will use the information supplied with your order when creating the personalized item.
Clearly personalized goods may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal as permitted by law. European Union
This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.
Pre-orders and Backorders
Where a product is marked as a pre-order or backorder, any expected release, restock or dispatch date is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed.
Orders containing a combination of available and unavailable products may be held until all products can be dispatched together, as explained in our Shipping Policy.
Free Promotional Products
Promotional items or complimentary book SWAG may vary according to availability.
Unless expressly sold as part of a product, free promotional items have no separate cash value.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Applicable cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal Policy.
Consumers entitled to the statutory EU withdrawal right generally have 14 days after receiving goods to withdraw, subject to legal exceptions such as clearly personalized goods. Eur-Lex

We are responsible for supplying products that conform to the contract and applicable consumer law.
Any contractual wording on this website is in addition to, and does not replace, mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to mandatory consumer law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control or by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent legally permitted.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, book-related material, original text, graphics, branding, photographs and other original materials on this website are owned by or licensed to B Evermore / Brittany Evermore and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying work.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.
Privacy
Personal information is processed as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
For consumers residing elsewhere in the EU/EEA, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of habitual residence.
Disputes will be handled by the legally competent court unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time.
The terms applicable to an individual purchase are the terms made available to the customer when that agreement was concluded.
