Signed & Personalized Books

Every book purchased directly through the Brittany Evermore webshop is signed unless the product description states otherwise.

Standard Signed Copies

A standard signed copy contains the author’s signature.

Personalized Copies

Where personalization is offered, you may request a specific name and/or short handwritten message.

Please carefully check the spelling and wording.

We reproduce personalization based on the instructions submitted with your order.

If you make a mistake in the name or wording supplied, we cannot normally replace the book free of charge after it has been personalized.

Returns

A standard signed book may still qualify for applicable statutory return rights.

A book containing a personalized handwritten message requested specifically for you is a clearly personalized product and is generally excluded from the ordinary EU 14-day right of withdrawal. European Union

This does not affect your statutory rights if the book is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not what you ordered.

Personalization Requests

Personalization is subject to reasonable length and content restrictions.

We reserve the right to decline personalization containing unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate content.

If a requested personalization cannot be completed, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
